[[Kayaking. Or Canoeing.]]

Went Kayaking yesterday. Didn't blog about it cos my forearms were totally shagged. Ex- marists insert sick joke here. Anyway, i woke up at 7, on a Saturday morning. Headed over to Clementi, which is all the way across Singapore and met Jing Han there. The instructors were already there, so all we did was laze around until they felt that enough people were there to head off to the Poly Marina. Yes, SP has its own marina.

Got there after a bus trip and a long walk. Wasn't as big as I expected, but its still better than borrowing someone else's marina. There were already a few people who were qualified, but because of the scratch kayakers, we had to take the doubles. Its not that they're no fun, its just that they're not as agile as the singles and its sometimes hard to co-ordinate with the other person. So I'm hoping next week will be the singles. We paddled around for about 2 hours, but it was enough to get me burned. insert another sick joke.

Then we went to meet my dad at jurong point 2 for lunch and headed home.

Oh yeah, since the Poly marina was next to SYC, singapore yacht club, I saw this on my way out.

Pretty sweet huh? A real Aston Martin DB9.
